What We Work On
Every session is one hour of focused, intentional work — built to develop complete athletes, not just fast ones.
Sprint Mechanics
Wall drills, A & B skips, drive phase, and max velocity work — building efficient, repeatable speed from the ground up.
Power Development
Olympic lifting progressions, squat and deadlift variations, and sled work to build the engine behind every sprint and jump.
Agility & COD
Change of direction, deceleration mechanics, and reactive footwork — the skills that separate athletes on game day.
Plyometrics
Bounds, box jumps, hurdles, and single-leg power work to develop elastic strength and explosive output.
Iso & Eccentric Strength
Targeted isometric and eccentric work to build resilient tendons, prevent injury, and bulletproof young athletes.
Benchmark Testing
Sprint times, vertical jump, pro agility, broad jump and more — measured, tracked, and progressed across every block.

Arrive Early
Show up 10 minutes before your session to warm up, meet the group, and get dialed in.
What to Bring
Water bottle, athletic shoes, and a ready-to-work mindset. We’ll handle the rest.
