Sportgility Youth Performance
For youth athletes ages 10–18

Our youth program blends elite sprint mechanics, explosive movement training, and Olympic lifting fundamentals to develop next-level athletes. Whether they’re trying to make the high school team, earn a scholarship, or simply separate from the pack — we train kids to move like threats and compete with confidence.
2. Sportgility Barbell Club
For adults and CrossFit athletes
Whether you’re chasing cleaner technique, bigger numbers, or the competition platform, our USAW-sanctioned Barbell Club is built for you. Designed for CrossFitters looking to master the lifts or athletes training to compete in Olympic weightlifting, this program offers focused coaching, structured programming, and a team environment that pushes you to perform.
