Foundations (On-Ramp Program)
A 4-week small group program for young athletes or late starters to build coordination, confidence, and movement skills. Designed as a prep course before entering the Beginner program.
What’s Included:
8 sessions (2x/week for 4 weeks)
Focus on coordination, sprint form, and jumping mechanics
Bodyweight strength, balance, and agility drills
Small group environment with personalized coaching
