Foundations (On-Ramp Program)

A 4-week small group program for young athletes or late starters to build coordination, confidence, and movement skills. Designed as a prep course before entering the Beginner program.

What’s Included:

  • 8 sessions (2x/week for 4 weeks)

  • Focus on coordination, sprint form, and jumping mechanics

  • Bodyweight strength, balance, and agility drills

  • Small group environment with personalized coaching
